One then needs to boil the milk, reduce it to simmer and just at the right time dip an adequately sized clean cloth into the milk and apply the wet portion of the fabric to the toothaches affected area directly. Allow the material to cool down. One needs to repeat this process and use the warm cloth directly to the affected area.
